The brief
A cybersecurity company was launching an AI layer for its threat intelligence platform: 11 agents that sort, analyse and act on threat data, plus an assistant that answers questions inside the analyst's browser. They needed a 30-second film that explained all of it to security teams.
I made it as a pitch for a real company. For my portfolio I renamed the brand Nexus AI; the product story, the agents and the interface are as I built them for the pitch.
The process
I took it through every stage myself, so the script, the frames and the timing were planned together from the start.
- 01ScriptFour scenes in 30 seconds: the logo, the agent gallery, the product in use and the closing line.
- 02StoryboardEach scene laid out with its visuals, on-screen text and narration side by side.
- 03DesignThe logo, the agent cards and the product screens, designed in Figma. Figma AI helped with the first pass of the icons.
- 04VoiceoverGenerated in ElevenLabs, with the voice and pacing chosen to fit the 30-second cut.
- 05MotionAnimated in After Effects: the logo build, the scrolling card rows, the typed prompt and the kinetic type.
- 06EditCut in Premiere Pro to the voiceover and the music.
Showing an AI product
Agentic AI is hard to show because most of the work happens out of sight. The film handles it in two moves. First, the 11 agents scroll past as two rows of cards in the order they work, from organising data to running playbooks, so a viewer sees the size of the suite in a few seconds. Then it cuts to one real task: the assistant writes a threat report, and the analyst types a follow-up, so the viewer sees what using it looks like.
Each half has its own colour. Purple carries the brand and the agents, and green takes over for the product and the call to action, so the viewer can tell the two parts apart.
The result
A finished 31-second launch film with a script, designed frames, motion, voiceover and music, all made by one person. The same process works for any SaaS launch: you send the feature and the date, and I deliver the film.
Launching a product or a feature?
I write the script, design the frames, animate the product UI and cut the film with voiceover and music, so you brief one person and get a finished launch video. Send me what you're launching and the date.
